Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Skrill, Webmoney, Paysafecard, Alipay,Qiwi, and other prepaid cards

We review all orders to protect both you and us from fraudulent transactions. This means that there is sometimes a delay in processing your order (up to one business day) however during business hours expect a one hour activation time. Feel free to contact customer support for order status.

Contact our sales department with any questions you may have about product or service performance before you purchase.

You must contact us with any billing questions or discrepancies. Performing a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

 

Refund pollicy:

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. refund will be calculated on the remaining time. for request refund send mail to refund@dynamicbots.com.

Remember that asking for a refund will no longer can buy the product in the future for which you asked refund.

Time for Refund about 7-15 Days works  (refund office is online only from Monday to Friday and only in daytime, reimbursement may take more time depending on the type of payment chosen.)

Refund applies only on Keys - 1 Month - 3 Months - Lifetime 

Refund for trial keys It is not applicable

 

Chargeback:

If you open a dispute on paypal without contacting our sales support or administrator. you will be immediately banned and your key will be disabled. once the dispute will be resolved we will reactivate your key.
